Ludi Nel
Ludi Nel is a professional land surveyor, sectional title practitioner and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredited civil commercial mediator.
Ludi holds a Diploma in Surveying (Technikon Pretoria) and Degree in Land Surveying (Cum Laude) from the University of Pretoria.
Ludi completed the compulsory articles and law examinations in KwaZulu-Natal whilst being employed by the KwaZulu Government in Ulundi. He registered as a professional land surveyor in 1994 whereafter he served in different capacities in various institutions – including the National Department of Water Affairs and Forestry.
In September 2008 the family relocated to Lydenburg and a full-time survey practice was established as Coetsee Nel Incorporated.
ALN Land Surveyors was established on the 1st of January 2015 and continues as such to date.
The initial area to be serviced was primarily in and around Lydenburg / Mashishing – including areas such as Sabie, Graskop, Steelpoort, Dullstroom, Ohrigstad and Burgersfort, however the service has been extended extensively to include the Hoedspruit and surrounding areas – the Big 5 wildlife reserve areas!
Services are not restricted to the listed areas above and we provide services irrespective of the location.
