The time-and-cost model has proven to be extremely restrictive in providing a professional service and was abandoned many years ago.
Service-based Model
As the bulk of our services are based on cadastral and legal appointments, the service-based business model enables us to continually provide a professional service during the duration of the appointment – irrespective whether the time frame is influenced by external complications or delays. This principle applies to all our appointments as we strive to always provide a professional service.
The term “Professional” can be regarded as meaning to be extremely competent, or simply to engage in an activity as a means of livelihood. The one or the other!
Our experience suggests that you cannot continuously provide survey and geospatial solutions to clients if you are also not extremely competent.
